Patrick G. Kedziora
Senior Managing Partner
Patrick's approach to business and
problem solving have made him an "out of the box"
thinker, creator of businesses, entrepreneur and someone that
many senior executives and business owners turn to for
straight shooting advice on a wide range of business issues
covering business development, marketing, technology, finance
and deal making.
Patrick has extensive experience as
a senior operations manager, Chief Financial Officer of both
private companies and a public company, head of business
development and an arranger and financier of management led
buyouts. He has held senior positions at Solomon Equities,
Societe General and Barington Capital Group L.P. and counts
amongst his previous clients: Kholberg Kravis Roberts and T.
Boone Pickens.
Together with Steve Dunn, he founded
Growth Advisors, Inc. based on his personal passion for
growing businesses and a deeply held conviction that
businesses have a moral obligation to grow.
His previous ventures include being
the co-founder of 1-800-Bonbons and part of the founding team
at FatDrive (an incentivized email software firm).
Patrick received his undergraduate
degree from New York University and his MBA from the STERN
School of Business at NYU.
Patrick also serves as Co-Chairman
of New York University's Alumni Association in South Florida,
Chairman of the Financial Executives Networking Group in South
Florida and Chairman Emeritus and founder of the South Florida
Technology Executives Networking Group.

Stephen M. Dunn
Senior Managing Partner
Steve has long been regarded as an
expert at problem solving and growth innovation for a wide
variety of businesses, from start-ups to Fortune 500 on issues
ranging from sales & marketing and customer service to
finance and R&D.
His senior management roles in
Business Development, Finance and Operations in the U.S. and
over 25 countries in Europe and the Far East for Beckman Coulter,
Coulter Corp., Cordis
(Johnson & Johnson) Telectronics (St.
Jude Medical) and The Nucleus Group (Pacific Dunlop) make him
a much sought-after business advisor.
Steve has negotiated numerous
product development, distribution and strategic alliance
agreements as well as intellectual property licenses. Steve's
expertise in venture funding, product commercialization,
mergers & acquisitions and joint ventures allows him to
find and exploit any growth opportunities.
Steve also serves as Director of
Life Sciences for Cabot Adams LLC where he assists growing
biotech, healthcare and scientific companies to commercialize
their discoveries and as President of DeepThink Investment
Research, a registered investment advisory firm specializing
in confidential due diligence and sensitive negotiations.
He is a Registered Investment
Advisor, a member of the Licensing
Executives Society, BioFlorida, NY Society of Security
Analysts, Association for Investment Management & Research,
American Institute of CPA's and serves as the biotechnology mentor for the Economic
Development Corporation. Steve is an accomplished public speaker
and has been quoted in many national publications.
